TrainTrack Overview and Data Entry

TrainTrack Overview and Data Entry is a stand alone course for staff who will be performing day to day data entry and checking trainee details.

This one day course introduces delegates to the TrainTrack System. During the course each delegate will track trainees through the various processes. Key system data and its function will be illustrated. By the end of the course delegates should understand the purpose and facilities of the trainee tracking system. They will have seen what data is held about trainees, and the "life cycle" of a trainee. They will have an understanding of the scope of TrainTrack.

Delegates will enter form data for youth trainees, and use the facilities to check for duplicate trainees.
